What We Expect From You?
- Bring anything you think might be useful, including your power adapter if you have a laptop, tablet, or all-in-one PC, especially if the problem is related to power.
- If you have Bit Locker or any other passwords set on the computer (BIOS, login, etc.) for PCs, please provide these (all of them)
- A detailed problem description so that our technicians can get to work on it right away without having to ask for more information.
